We have your "Print Rescue" safety net. With personalized products, the fear of mistakes is high. That's why we offer you a 48-hour change window . After placing your order, you have two full days to adjust text, formats, or framing free of charge via our support team.

Payment & Shipping
You can pay conveniently via PayPal, credit card, Klarna Sofort, invoice, Google Pay or Apple Pay. All transactions are processed via encrypted SSL connections; your data is protected.
After the 48-hour change window has expired, we print and ship within 24 hours on weekdays; delivery time is usually 1–3 business days.
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €30. For orders under €30, we charge €4.90.
Returns & Complaints
Personalized art with a safety net. Since each product is made exclusively for you, the standard right of withdrawal is legally excluded. But we won't leave you in the lurch: If you're not happy with the result, our satisfaction guarantee applies. You'll receive either 50% of the purchase price back or a free reprint of a different design. Simply write to us at: support@favplace.de
