Central Transparency Notice Regarding Our Designs and Images
Please note: At favplace.de, it's all about unique and creative designs. To offer you a large and diverse selection of designs, we use modern AI technologies for the creation of our print motifs. Due to the large number of motifs and images in our shop, individual labeling of each design or product image is technically and organizationally not feasible. We therefore transparently and openly present the use of these technologies here centrally for our entire website.
At favplace.de, we stand for innovative designs, but above all for honesty and transparency towards our customers. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a fantastic creative tool for us. In accordance with European transparency regulations, we would like to openly explain how we use AI – and where we consciously do not.
1. Product Design and Motifs
The creative core of favplace.de: The motifs and artworks that you can purchase from us as prints on various products are largely created with the help of AI image generators and then processed and upscaled by us for optimal printing.
Our Quality Promise: Even if the design was originally created by AI, every motif undergoes a human quality control before it goes to print. You will always receive a physically high-quality product with a flawless print.
2. Product Images and Visualizations (Mockups)
To show you how our motifs look on the finished products (e.g., framed on a wall), we use visualizations (so-called mockups).
- Current Representation: We currently mainly rely on classic, standardized photographic templates into which our motifs are digitally inserted. The spatial environment of these templates is not AI-generated.
- Future Representation & Lifestyle Scenes: To offer you even more diverse and inspiring impressions in the future, we reserve the right to embed our motifs in completely AI-generated, photorealistic lifestyle environments (e.g., digital, atmospheric living spaces).
3. Product Descriptions and Texts
To provide you with detailed, easy-to-understand information about our articles, we use AI text generators in drafting product descriptions and SEO content.
Our Quality Promise: We never leave the last word to AI. Every AI-drafted text is editorially reviewed and checked for factual accuracy before publication. All hard facts, material specifications (e.g., paper quality, frame condition), and product properties are verified by humans. You can rely on our information.
4. Customer Service: With Us, You Talk to Real People
We use AI for our motifs and texts, but not in direct dialogue with you. We deliberately do without AI chatbots or automated support systems in our online shop.
