Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 70 reviews.

A touch of Heidelberg Romanticism for your home

Bring a piece of living history and the incomparable atmosphere of the world-famous Old Bridge in Heidelberg directly to your sofa with this artfully designed cushion. The Karl Theodor Bridge, as it is officially called, has connected the picturesque old town with the opposite bank of the Neckar for centuries and is considered one of Germany's most well-known landmarks. On this high-quality decorative cushion, the historic structure made of red Neckar valley sandstone shines in all its glory. The detailed print perfectly captures the elegant arches of the bridge and the impressive bridge gate with its characteristic twin towers.

When looking at the motif, one's thoughts involuntarily drift to the famous Romantic poets who were once inspired by this magical place. The view of the gently flowing Neckar and Heidelberg Castle, which sits majestically above the city, is also brought back to life at home through this cushion. Whether as a souvenir of your last holiday in the Electoral Palatinate or as a gift for true Heidelberg lovers – this home accessory awakens a daily longing for the picturesque alleyways of the old town.

The cushion cover impresses not only with its nostalgic design but also with its pleasantly soft feel and durable craftsmanship. The cushion comes complete with a shape-retaining, plush filling, which ensures cozy hours and optimal comfort when leaning back. Get comfortable and dream yourself away to the sunny banks of the Neckar in this historic university city every time you look at this beautiful cushion.
