Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 70 reviews.

A piece of industrial culture for your home – The cushion for Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord

Bring the fascinating flair of the Ruhr region directly to your sofa with this high-quality cushion dedicated to the legendary Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord. This unique home accessory, available either as a cushion cover or as a complete decorative cushion including a soft filling, perfectly captures the incomparable atmosphere of the former ironworks in Duisburg-Meiderich. The artistic design shows the harmonious interplay between raw industrial history and the green nature that has reclaimed the gigantic area in the north of Duisburg over the years. On the detailed motif, the decommissioned blast furnaces, the monumental ore bunkers, and the imposing steel structures come to life. In particular, the memory of the magical, world-famous lighting installation at night is stylishly brought to life by the brilliant colors of this cushion.

Today, the landscape park is much more than a closed-down plant; it is a living symbol of structural change and a green oasis in the middle of the Ruhr area. Bring this piece of home and the irrepressible pride of the Ruhrpott into your living room as a cozy eye-catcher. Thanks to the durable and yet pleasantly soft material, the cushion invites you to spend relaxing hours on the couch or in your favorite armchair. It is also the perfect gift for all Duisburg residents, ex-Ruhrpott locals, and lovers of modern industrial culture. Add an expressive, historic accent to your interior and enjoy the sight of this unique monument to German industrial history every day.
