Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 69 reviews.

A piece of industrial history for your home: The Krupp Stammhaus cushion

Bring a significant symbol of German industrial history directly to your sofa with this stylish decorative cushion, dedicated to the historic Krupp Stammhaus in Essen. This modest half-timbered house in the middle of the bustling Ruhr metropolis of Essen stands like no other building for the meteoric rise of what was once the global Krupp corporation. Where Alfred Krupp once lived in simple conditions with his family and laid the foundation for a global steel empire, every corner now breathes fascinating history.

The detailed motif on the cushion cover perfectly captures the nostalgic charm of this historic monument and brings a piece of genuine Ruhr area identity into your living space. For all those who love the turbulent past of the Ruhr region, this cushion is a wonderful homage to the cradle of Essen's heavy industry. The high-quality cushion cover impresses with its durable materials and ensures cozy hours on the couch thanks to its soft, cuddly filling.

Whether in a modern living room or a rustic reading corner – the cushion fits in harmoniously and invites you on a mental journey to 19th-century Essen. It serves as a daily reminder of how something truly great could grow from the smallest, most modest beginnings in the heart of Essen. Bring the myth of coal, steel, and the tireless pioneering spirit of the Krupp family into your home as a decorative eye-catcher. This cushion, including filling, is the perfect gift for history-loving residents of Essen, proud locals of the Ruhr region, and all lovers of industrial charm.
