Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 70 reviews.

A piece of Rostock spirit for your home – The Universitätsplatz cushion

Bring the charming flair of the Hanseatic city of Rostock directly onto your sofa with this high-quality cushion dedicated to the historic Universitätsplatz. Universitätsplatz, the vibrant heart of Rostock's city center, is defined by the majestic main building of the prestigious university, which was founded back in 1419. This cushion captures the lively atmosphere surrounding the famous “Fountain of Joy of Life,” which attracts young and old alike in the summer with its playful water features.

Surrounded by magnificent gabled houses and the historic Blücher monument, the square is a popular meeting point that blends Hanseatic history with young, student life. The detailed motif on the cushion cover is reminiscent of relaxed afternoons enjoying a coffee while overlooking the impressive architecture of the ensemble. Thanks to its soft, cozy surface and comfortable filling, the decorative cushion invites you to dream of the Baltic coast and the historic old town.

The durable cushion cover features a practical zipper, making it easy to care for so that the colors of this charming square stay bright for a long time. Whether in the living room, bedroom, or as a decorative eye-catcher on an armchair – this cushion adds a stylish, maritime, and historic highlight anywhere. It is an excellent gift for native Rostockers, proud students of the university, or enthusiastic vacationers who want to take a piece of coastal love home with them. Bring a piece of Rostock tradition and the carefree vibe of Universitätsplatz directly into your own four walls.
